Use Any Fonts Doesn\'t Working!!

Hi I’v purchased a key in order to use the pluggin
install it ,activate it, uploade the fonts I want to use, assign them to elements I want….
but nothing happening! the plugin don’t work!
this is not the first time I’m using the plugin, at the first website everything worked perfectly but this time something seems to be broken I heaven tried to delete and reinstall few times but no luck , please help me solve this issue

Can you please check it now ? Our main server went down. We have currently enabled a secondary server and it should work fine.
