view mobile/desktop link not working

I’ve purchased the pro version but the back and forth links are not appearing. They work with the lite version but when I activate the pro version the links don’t appear any more. The mobile site IS working, just not the links. There don’t appear to be any errors in the error console. I’m not using a cache plugin.

(See website from form submission above) On the mobile site the link should appear in the yellow box toward the bottom of the page.
