    Hi,
    i just bought the api key, payed with paypal, status pending…
    What’s pending?
    You received the money, so simply generate the key.
    Don’t understand where the problem is.

    I don’t even know HOW i’ll receive the key. Do i get an email? Do i have to login here? Where do i have to look for it?

    Hi Tim,

    We are really sorry on this as our payment partner didn’t send the success msg to our website as was unable to complete the payment. I have manually marked it as complete and you should have got an email with the API key. Your email in used is t##########g@li##########ves.com.

    Hi Maik,

    Having same issue as i explained for Tim. 2checkout is not sending success msg to our website properly. You should have got an email at i***@********.de with the API key details. Also, you can login to Your Account section and access your API key.

    Buenas tardes, tengo el mismo problema. El pago se realizó desde el 1 de octubre y sigue apareciendo como pendiente.

    Hi,

    We got INS issue from our 2checkout payment system and the payment was not marked complete. I have manually marked it now. Please check your email for the purchase receipt email with the API key.
