Worked then stopped working

Hi,

The plugin was working great for me until recently it stopped working in Firefox. I believe it may have stopped soon after I upgraded the plugin this week, but not positive. It seems to still be ok in other browsers.

What do you recommend I do to troubleshoot?

If it was caused due to upgrade then you can deactivate and re-activate Use Any Font plugin.

If that doesn’t worked, can you send me your site url ?

It seemed to have fixed itself without any changes just now, though if you would like to see if anything is interfering I’d appreciate it. The client’s site is http://oliverblumgart.com

I am having the same issue after update, in FF and IE the plugin doesn’t work. I deactivated and activated it again.

Hi Kevin and Greg,

The plugin writes your font details in a css file. After upgrade the re-write the css again if the process was fine.

Some time there might be problem writing the css file again. And here are some of the known issues.
1. Make sure you have write permission for wp-content/plugins/use-any-font/css/uaf.css
2. Make sure your browser is not taking old cache.
