    Thanks for the detailed explanation. Just to clarify — is this AJAX-based multi-user subaccount functionality coming from a specific plugin, or is it part of custom code?

    If it’s from a plugin, could you please share the name of the plugin (or the plugin itself if possible)? That’ll help me better understand how it’s structured and how WP Armour can be adjusted to support it properly.

    Hi Christos,

    I checked with Avada and found that they are now using a different framework than before (not Redux), which is why our font list isn’t showing up in their Typography options as expected. I’m currently working on a workaround, but haven’t been able to find a stable solution yet.

    For now, I recommend assigning the uploaded fonts using the Font Assign tab from our plugin’s page. That way, you can manually apply the fonts to the desired elements.

    We have support for Avada Theme and it should show the fonts in Typography options. Can you please send me a snapshot ? Is that in different section ?

    Hi Lars,

    Thank you so much for sending over the plugin files. I’ve reviewed both the documentation and the plugin itself, but unfortunately, I couldn’t find any available hooks or actions that would allow us to add integration.

    Even on the official documentation page (https://www.peepso.com/knowledgebase-category/developers/), there doesn’t seem to be any references to hooks for key actions like user registration, login, or password recovery.

    Because of this limitation, adding integration with WP Armour doesn’t seem possible at the moment.

    The error you’re seeing — cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10005 milliseconds — usually happens when your server is unable to reach our server for license verification due to security or caching restrictions on your end.

    This issue is often caused by firewall, caching systems like Cloudflare, or server-level protections such as Imunify360 or ModSecurity blocking or delaying the connection.

    Here are a few steps you can follow to resolve the issue:

    Contact Your Hosting Provider and request the following:

    Whitelist our API endpoint: https://dineshkarki.com.np/

    Temporarily disable caching or security firewalls (such as Imunify360 or ModSecurity) during the activation.

    If you’re using Cloudflare, clear the cache and disable Edge Cache TTL or set it to a low value to prevent it from caching verification pages.

    Try Activating Again after making the above changes.

    Once these adjustments are made, the license key should be able to verify without timing out. Let me know how it goes, and I’ll be happy to help further if needed!

    Since the site is currently under a coming soon page, I am unable to check it properly. However, the most likely causes of the issue could be:

    If you are using SSL, please ensure it is set up correctly. You can use a plugin like Really Simple SSL to check and fix any SSL issues.

    If you are using a caching, minification, or CDN plugin, please go to our plugin’s Settings Tab and set “Use Absolute Path” to Yes.

    Clear your cache (both from your caching plugin and browser) and check if the issue persists.

    Since your current version (1.32) is quite old, I recommend manually downloading the latest version from https://dineshkarki.com.np/manage-api-key.

    Login details were sent during your purchase. If you don’t have them, you can use the “Forgot Password” option to reset your credentials.
