The free API key only allows a single font conversion. So you need to get Premium key or can get another Free key.

Which version of wordpress are you using ?

plugins_url() is a wordpress function included from only 2.6.0

I believe you are using some minify plugin. Also its seems like it is cache issues for you.

Actually this plugin only do the theme switching, so there are no option for theme customization.

If it is possible can you send me your site url and wp-admin details in dnesskarki(aat)gmail(d0t)com ?

I don’t think that css is written in your theme css file. It may be written in your template file or from css editing plugins.
