Allow pages to display full site theme?

I am working on a site for a client who has some academic content deep within their site. They want a mobile-friendly version of their site that just contains 5-6 of the basic information pages. This plugin will work perfectly for that.

However, the client would like those academic pages to continue to use the full site theme, even when users end up on those pages on a mobile device via Google or whatever.

Any ideas?
