Couldn't receive font file for conversion

Receiving message “Couldn’t receive font file for conversion”

“Use alternative server. Only use when you are unable to upload the font using both Default Js and PHP Uploader or verify API key.”
“Use PHP uploader. Need PHP Curl.”
options both checked and “Server Connectivity test” is successful.

Any suggestions? Thank You

Can you please just untick PHP Uploader and try ?

The same problem and when I unticked the PHP upload it did not solved and said: “Convert Response is Empty. Please try again enabling alternative uploader from Additional settings below.”

Please untick the PHP uploader and enable the alternative server.
