Hi,
Even if I have loaded “miama” font for my H2 headings on the website http://www.elisabeth-villas.gr through your “Use Any Font” plugin, the font is loaded correctly only at the english version of the website and not at the greek version http://www.elisabeth-villas.gr/el.
Why does this happen? Since a week ago, the font was loading normally at both versions of my website. Waiting for your solution on this.
Regards,
DimitrisFebruary 22, 2017 at 4:23 pm #7172DineshKeymasterHi Dimitris,
I just checked your both url and they are using the same font. Can’t find any issue at all. Can you please confirm this ? If still issue occurs, please kindly send us the details of OS and browser you are using. We will check in the same environment and try to find the issue.
Thanks
February 22, 2017 at 6:08 pm #7173Dimitris ChatzimanolisGuestHi Dinesh,
I am using Windows 10 64bit and Google Chrome Version 56.0.2924.87 (64-bit). While testing on Firefox 51.0.1 (32bit), the font of H2 headings is loading normally at both versions of the website, english and greek. The problem occurs only on google chrome.
You can check my relevant screenshot here: http://www.filedropper.com/screenshot-elThanx in advance.
February 24, 2017 at 9:00 am #7179Dimitris ChatzimanolisGuestHi,
Did you finally check the issue I mentioned at my previous messages? I still get the following error at my google chrome console:
“Failed to decode downloaded font: http://www.elisabeth-villas.gr/skin/css/custom.css”.
Waiting for your solution on the issue.

February 24, 2017 at 1:58 pm #7183Dimitris ChatzimanolisGuestHi,
I just checked it on my laptop with Windows7 64bit and the font is loading normally with google chrome indeed. I can’t understand why the issue happens on my desktop.
I cleared my cache several times but the issue persists. Any other ideas on this?
Do you maybe have skype account, so I could share my screen with you to check directly the issue?Thanx in advance!
February 24, 2017 at 6:00 pm #7193DineshKeymasterHi Dimitris,
I think some issue with your desktop installation. I even check this in browser stack in different OS in chrome and they all look fine. You can check those snapshots here. https://www.browserstack.com/screenshots/d6c449c3953c7fce4c581ca51d9add7b258e82c5
Thanks
February 24, 2017 at 6:13 pm #7194Dimitris ChatzimanolisGuestHi,
I got in contact with my hosting provided and they totally cleared cache from server side which resolved the issue. Now H2 headings are appeared normally with Miama font at both languages.
Thanx for your help.
February 24, 2017 at 6:18 pm #7195DineshKeymasterHi Dimitris,
Glad it is fine now.
If you have a few mins for us, can you please write us a review for our plugin at https://wordpress.org/support/view/plugin-reviews/use-any-font ? This will help us grow and makes easier for others to decide to use the plugin.
Thanks
February 24, 2017 at 6:35 pm #7198Dimitris ChatzimanolisGuestI just checked again and the issue was not resolved at last.
Please check my attached screenshot below:
http://i66.tinypic.com/n37rlx.jpg
I still get the same error at my google chrome’s console:
“Failed to decode downloaded font: http://www.elisabeth-villas.gr/skin/css/custom.css”.
What could cause this issue at last? I am really confused with this.
February 27, 2017 at 2:30 am #7205DineshKeymasterHi Dimitris,
First of all, this css file is not related to our plugin. http://www.elisabeth-villas.gr/skin/css/custom.css . Also, in this file they have used zip file in the font link. So please remove that and it should help. Please delete this section from that file.
@font-face { font-family: 'Miama'; src: url(''); src: url('?#iefix') format('embedded-opentype'), url('') format('woff'), url('http://www.elisabeth-villas.gr/wp-content/uploads/2017/01/miama.regular.zip') format('truetype'), url('#') format('svg'); font-weight: normal; font-style: normal; }
You are already using Miama font from our plugin. And this section is creating the issue regarding your error.
Thanks
