Font not showing on mac product

Hello, i using your plugin on a divi theme. I uploaded Gotham font to it, so far it works well on all android and windows product but not on Mac product (laptop, ipad and iphones).
the main titles are displayed but not the paragraphs and footer element using the font. Kindly help.

Hello i am using divi theme on wordpress. i uploaded gotham font using your plugin and assigned it to be the main font used. The text is well displayed on all android and windows products but not on mac product.
Some element are missing when my client try it on those devices using safari and other browsers.
Kindly help with a solution

Please kindly send me the snapshot of the section that is having issue. So far i tried with some Mac browsers and they didn’t have such issue.

my client is using mac os Sierra ( 10.12) version. the footer links are not showing and the content text as well isnt showing.
