Font not working / being converted?

Hi there – this plugin has been working amazing on so many of our sites… however, randomly the font doesn’t seem to be convert at all? Even in the backend, the preview is showing a default not and not the Angela White font we have uploaded and assigned.

Any ideas why this may be?

I have tried uploading both OFT and TTF versions of the font and no luck!

Hi Stephen,

Can you please enable absolute path to Yes from our settings tab and see if that helps ?

Thanks Dinesh. But sorry to say it didn’t work. I tested it with a different font and it works fine. It seems to only be this one font called Angela White… https://www.dafont.com/angella-white.font

I’ve tried both formats of the font and the same result.

I guess maybe I’ll try and find an alternative that looks similar?

Hi Stephen,

Seems like our convertor is unable to convert the font to woff2. I am also having the same issue. May be some info in the font file is missing and the conversion fails.

Ya, it will be great if you can find similar looking font.
