Integration for built in contact form

Hello,
My theme has it’s own built-in contact form. You can see it at https://www.gabrieldiggs.com/contact/ I’d like to avoid using any 3rd party contact forms and I was wondering if my form could be modified to be compatible with your plugin? Any tips or information is much appreciated. I can send you the contact form php file or any additional files if that would help you to assess if it’s a possibility.

Is that contact form from your theme or you have custom coded it ? If it is from theme, can you please let me know the theme name and the link from where we can download it ?
