    We’ve been using your plugin for around 6 months, it’s a great plugin. The letter ‘C’ in our converted header font is now missing for some people. It appears fine for me, but others are completely missing the letter ‘C’. Not sure when this started occurring, it was first noticed last week. It appears to be only that letter.

    Hi,

    I just checked your site here in around 20 browsers from different devices (mobile, dekstop, mac) and there is no sign of C being invisible. However there are few issue regarding the responsiveness of the site. Except that it looks ok to me.

    Still, if we can find the browser and device where the problem occurs, we can investigate it more in details.

    I was able to resolve the issue. I deleted and reloaded the font using .otf instead of .woff, which seems to have fixed this bizarre issue. I appreciate your quick response to my inquiry.
