unable to assign fonts

I have uploaded 3 fonts. I go through the process to assign but they do not show up on the site.
Also, how do I assign a font for the menu type?

Hi Louise,

For some reason, the font you uploaded was not converted properly. So please delete all of them and please try again. If still the same issue occur, do send me your wp-admin details and font files at dnesscarkey (AATT) gmail (DOOT) com. And i will try to fix it from here.

I am having same issues; I am uploading fonts and assigning them, but the changes are not appearing on the website.
