Unable to upload font – Error importing font

Hi i am trying to upload a font that i already could upload to another website but i get this message:

“Convert Response is Empty. Please try again enabling alternative uploader from Additional settings below.”

I try enabling it but it still does not work, it appears the message “Couldn’t receive font file for conversion”

It’s a otf type of font and i don’t know how to solve this 🙁

Hi Jorge,

We have recently updated our plugin and have added option for alternative server. Can you please update the plugin and try enabling it ? Hope this helps.
