uploaded font etc, but selected font is not what is showing

The site is under construction, but I’ll make it live so you can look at it. Please comment when you are able to take a look and I’ll make it live asap.

The Franklin Gothic font should look like this (made a quick sample in PS):

But you can see on this page that it appears to be Times or something:

If you look at the inspector, it says it is the proper font.

So maybe the conversion didn’t work or isn’t be recognized? Using Chrome on a Mac.

Thanks for your help! I’ve run into this problem on another site so just had to not use the plugin, but I have time with this site, so want to figure it out.

We have very little installed on this site, fresh WP using Divi 2.0 from Elegant Themes.

Hi Jill,

I am sorry to let you know that, the font you have installed didn’t converted correctly. There are problem with the converted woff font formats.

Can you please delete them again and re-upload it.
