Hi Dinesh,

To clarify, we’re not referring to the login form. The issue is that if someone just went to the website (e.g. landed on the home page), they were just getting blocked straight away. There were no issues with going to the WP Admin login page. Just using the website in general seems to be the issue.

I sent an email as well with details of the website in question. We’ve had to disable the plugin for now so that people could continue to use the website. If you’re able to reply to our email and happy to provide access if needed.
