Thanks
Dinesh
KeymasterHi Casey,
Thank you so much for sending the files. I setup it in my localhost and try uploading the images and there was no issue at all. I was able to upload the images. https://tinyurl.com/29e6srz9
Where as in your url https://www.toastedmaple.com/shop/custom-tokens/, though you mentioned you have disabled our plugin, i am still getting this error The security nonce is invalid or expired. Since our plugin is inactive there, this could be from other plugins. Also, we don’t have such error message by default.
Thanks
Dinesh
KeymasterHi Casey,
I tried reviewing the page but couldn’t find any clear cause just yet. Could you please send me the plugin file at dnesscarkey@gmail.com? I’ll install it on our localhost and try to replicate the issue from there.
Best regards,
DineshDinesh
KeymasterHi Casey,
Thanks for letting me know. Could you please share the URL where the upload form is located so I can take a closer look?
Best regards,

KeymasterHi Daniel,

KeymasterHi Olakunle,
Thanks for reaching out. To better assist you, could you let me know in which section you’re expecting the font to appear? Also, if possible, please share a screenshot and the URL of the page so I can take a closer look.
Looking forward to your response.

KeymasterHi Richard,
I checked your site but couldn’t find our plugin’s JavaScript files being loaded. Is our plugin currently active on your site? If it is active, could you please try clearing your cache (including any caching plugins you may be using), as it seems like the cached version of the JS files might be causing this issue.
Let me know if that helps or if you need further assistance!

KeymasterThe uploaded fonts will not work properly if the plugin is deleted. Use Any Font loads custom fonts dynamically, so removing the plugin will prevent the necessary CSS and font files from loading.
If your concern is hiding the license key, you can remove the key from the settings after activation — the plugin will keep working as long as it stays active. Also, after adding the key, you will find Hide Key option to hide the key as well.
Thanks

KeymasterHi Jasper,
Thanks for your message.
The issue you’re experiencing with the Contact Form 7 form is caused by a JavaScript error:
Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not definedOue plugin needs Jquery to work as needed.
Thanks
Dinesh
KeymasterHi Alvaro,
Sorry to hear you’re experiencing issues after the update.
Our latest version hasn’t introduced any changes related to character limits. This might be caused by a caching issue or a conflict with another plugin.
Could you please try the following steps?
Clear your browser and site cache.
Temporarily deactivate other plugins to check for any conflicts.
Ensure you’re using the latest version of both our plugin and Contact Form 7.
Let us know if the issue persists after these steps—we’re here to help!

KeymasterHi,
Thanks for the detailed explanation. Just to clarify — is this AJAX-based multi-user subaccount functionality coming from a specific plugin, or is it part of custom code?
If it’s from a plugin, could you please share the name of the plugin (or the plugin itself if possible)? That’ll help me better understand how it’s structured and how WP Armour can be adjusted to support it properly.
Looking forward to your response!

KeymasterHi Christos,
I checked with Avada and found that they are now using a different framework than before (not Redux), which is why our font list isn’t showing up in their Typography options as expected. I’m currently working on a workaround, but haven’t been able to find a stable solution yet.
For now, I recommend assigning the uploaded fonts using the Font Assign tab from our plugin’s page. That way, you can manually apply the fonts to the desired elements.
Thanks for your patience!
Best regards,
DineshDinesh
KeymasterHi Christos,
We have support for Avada Theme and it should show the fonts in Typography options. Can you please send me a snapshot ? Is that in different section ?
Thanks
Dinesh
KeymasterHi Lars,
Thank you so much for sending over the plugin files. I’ve reviewed both the documentation and the plugin itself, but unfortunately, I couldn’t find any available hooks or actions that would allow us to add integration.
Even on the official documentation page (https://www.peepso.com/knowledgebase-category/developers/), there doesn’t seem to be any references to hooks for key actions like user registration, login, or password recovery.
Because of this limitation, adding integration with WP Armour doesn’t seem possible at the moment.
Thanks
Dinesh
KeymasterHi Lars,
Thank you so much for pointing that out. However, I couldn’t find the free version of the plugin. Could you please share the plugin files with me at dnesscarkey@gmail.com? I’ll check it out and try to find the necessary hooks and actions so that we can add support for Peepso.
Looking forward to your response!
