    Hi Katie,

    Some login form are not fully supported by our plugin and this case it can happen. So can you please send me your link to the login page ? I will check and send the new update for this fixes.

    There is no option to edit. You need to delete and reupload it.

    Hi,

    You should activate WP Armour as well. Our both WP Armour and WP Armour Extended should be active as our extended version uses the base code of our free plugin.

    Hi Mario,

    Can you please make sure you are using our latest version of the plugin. 2.1.14 and 1.26.

    ALso, can you please clear the cache if you are using cache plugin.

    Hi Eva,

    Can you please make sure you have activcated the both version ?

    If you haven’t please download the Extended version of the plugin from here. https://dineshkarki.com.np/manage-api-key

    Then upload it from plugin section. Once both Lite version and Extended version is activated, you will find license tab where you can add the license.

    Hi Zundaid,

    As of now we don’t have feature to disable specific form. However, we have option in our Extended version where you can disable for all Gravity Forms.

    Hi Zunaid,

    I am so sorry but our plugin won’t be able to support Gravity Forms API submissions. Our plugin generates dynamic fields so that we can block spam submissions. And that will be a tough part in Gravity Forms API submission. As those submission needs to modify fields each time based on our plugins fieldname.

    Hi,

    Seems like you used different email in our website and different email in 2checkout and it was marked as suspicious.

    I have marked it as complete and this should allow you to download the plugin.

    Hi Atakan,

    If you are using Gravity Form with Ajax enabled then you need extended version for it. Our Lite version only supports Gravity Form with Ajax disabled. Can you please check on this ?
